COVID-19 Shipping Update: A message to our Kyra's Shea Medleys Family

Our top priority has always been the health and safety of all KSM Team members and our customers. My heart goes out to those that are negatively being impacted by COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, the production of our products basically already complied with state recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines, so the changes we have made were few. We know you rely on us keeping your favorite products in stock, so I wanted to give you an update.

We're impacted in several ways:
  • Increased Order Processing Times: Please allow 7-10 business days* for your order to be processed. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases and promotions. Business hours for Kyra's Shea Medleys are now Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm EST. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
  • Unavailability of Product Once it's Out of Stock: Once we're unable to reproduce a product for restock, it will be removed from the website. If you see it on the website, at some point it will return. Please sign up for restock alerts to be notified once it is available.
  • Longer Restock Times: Our ingredient and packaging suppliers are also being hit with increased shipping times and delays. Please sign up for restock alerts to be the first to know when a product becomes available. At this time, we are restocking most items every 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Wholesale Division Delays: We are now accepting wholesale orders again, but please note that the minimum order processing times has increased to 3 to 4 weeks due to the worldwide ingredient and packaging delays. We want to be able to fulfill your order in a timely fashion, so we are no longer accepting rush orders and encourage you to place your order at least a month in advance.
  • USPS and UPS Shipping: We ship via both USPS and UPS, but we cannot guarantee shipping times because once the package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping provider. We will still notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order, but shipping times are completely in the control of the shipping provider only (KSM has NO control).
  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. Please just email or submit a form on our Contact page.
