We do not have a KSM retail store at the moment but maybe in the future. You can find our products in other retailers and beauty supplies. If you do not live near one of these locations, please request our products in your local stores. Until then, please check out our awesome products on the site.

We will send you a 20% off coupon code as a Thank You for signing up.
Please check your rewards by logging into your account, clicking the "SHEA CASH" tab (bottom left on desktop, bottom center on mobile devices), then selecting "My Rewards". If you receive a coupon that is already expired, please email us and we will issue you a new one.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Kyra’s Shea Medleys products are usually restocked every week and what we have available will be on the site. Please sign up for restock alerts on the products you are interested in and please also be patient if a product is unavailable as it may require more time or is seasonal. Announcements will be made when products that have been sold out for more than two weeks are back on the site. Be sure to also check our COVID-19 Update.

ORDERS:
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been processed from Kyra's Shea Medleys. We are aware and are working on getting your order out as soon as possible. Please note that order numbers begin with "KSM" (i.e. KSM1234)
Payment is accepted via Shopify Pay (which accepts all major credit cards), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Sezzle and Afterpay (buy now, pay later, no interest platforms) in a huge variety of currencies. Orders typically take 7-10 business days including shipping (holiday season may be longer). Business days do not include the weekends or holidays. We are not able to rush orders so please order enough in advance to accommodate this lead time.
At this time, we are unable to accept order changes or cancellations once the order has been processed. Please be sure to check your shipping address and product choices BEFORE submitting your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your package has been shipped as well as when it has been delivered. All packages receive a USPS or UPS tracking number.

YES! Although Kyra’s Shea Medleys is a small business fulfilling lots of orders on a daily basis, we wanted to show our creativity by offering special order requests and customized products for our customers. We can customize any products for birthdays, bridal shower, baby shower, and event favors and gift bags. Just send an email to info@kyrashea.com with "Customize My Order" in the subject line and someone will contact you for your customization needs.
Please note that we do not customize our ingredients at this time (except for non-scented options), only the packaging including the labels and tops. All custom orders require a minimum of 60 oz).

Actually, we can! Call us crazy, but we have a 100 Day Money Back Guarantee on all full-size products because we are confident that you will love them and see/feel the difference in your hair and skin. If you don't like them and they do not work for you, we will refund 100% of the products ordered (shipping charge is not included). Just be sure to follow the claims process on our 100 Day Money Back Guarantee page.
Yes, because your satisfaction is very important to us. However, please keep in mind that we cannot use items that are sent back to us, even if you haven't touched them. Unfortunately, we have to throw them away because they are considered used items. In addition, we do not cover the return shipping nor do we cover the re-shipping if you decide you want something else instead. Please see our Refund Policy here.
We suggest ordering something neutral or trying the sample sizes first if you are not sure you'll like the scent of the product you are getting. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any products that you are considering, but unsure of. We will be happy to help you figure out something you will like. We also suggest taking our Healthy Hair Quiz and/or Healthy Skin Quiz to see which products will be best for your beauty care needs.
Kyra’s Shea Medleys cannot accept returns or apply refunds if products are left outside to melt. During the hotter seasons, packages with Butters should be swiftly taken inside upon delivery, so please make sure to keep an eye on your tracking sent via the shipping tracking email. However, you should not be discouraged. They can easily be transformed back to a more solid form by refrigeration or just storing them in a cool, dark place. NOTE: Due to the fragility of the Butters during the hotter seasons, Priority Shipping is required on all packages containing Butter Creams and Baby Butters. If it gets too hot, we suggest adding ice packs to your cart to help maintain their quality. Ice packs range from $1.00 to $3.00 per butter. Please see the Heat Caution and Summer Care page for more information.
We are sorry to hear that your order was damaged during transit. We can assure you that we pack every order with care, but unfortunately we do not have control of what happens to your package once it leaves our facility.
It is best to file a claim with the shipping carrier and because we understand this process can be daunting, we are happy to do so on your behalf. Please email us at info@kyrashea.com with your order number and sufficient proof of the damage (pictures, video, etc.).
Once we receive this information, we will send a complimentary replacement package with the damaged item(s) from your order. Please note that you have up to 15 days to submit proof after delivery, but the sooner you can get us this information, the faster we can reship your order.
