How to care for dry and/or flaky skin?
We know how annoying dry skin can be because most times it brings itchiness, inflammation, roughness, and/or flakiness with it. The causes vary from weather/environment (low moisture in air), constant soaking in very hot water, and harsh, drying cleansers/skin products to medical conditions like eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, sunburns, and thyroid disease. Our best recommendations is to moisturize skin while it is damp/wet, use gentler soaps and non-irritant skin products, keep your body hydrated with water, and increase your vitamin d, e, and b-complex intake.

STEP 1:
SCRUB
(2x or 3x per week)

STEP 2:
CLEANSE
(morning & night)
